Welcome to Remedy Restorative Wellness. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Appointments and Cancellations

- Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and for cancellation purposes.

- Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

- Late Arrivals: We grant a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a late fee of $50 will apply.

Payment

- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

- Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Current pricing is listed on our website and at the studio.

- Packages and Promotions: Special packages and promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Health and Safety

- Client Health: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your session. This information is crucial for your safety and the effectiveness of the treatment.

- Hygiene: For your safety and comfort, we maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene for their sessions.

Liability

- Assumption of Risk: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves physical touch and that there may be risks associated with the treatment.

- Limitation of Liability: Remedy Restorative Wellness and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Confidentiality

- Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of providing you with the best possible care.

- Records: We maintain client records securely and confidentially. These records are used to track your progress and tailor our services to your needs.

Conduct

- Respectful Environment: We strive to provide a respectful and professional environment. Any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session and future services.
